Todd Glacy was a powerful addition our recent regional conference. He shared his presence and talent with over 200 people through his music and spoken word along with an experiential group exercise presented to the entire conference audience. I view conferences, seminars and retreats as an opportunity to build community, share wisdom and facilitate transformational experiences that leave people feeling inspired, motivated, empowered, and reconnected with a sense of hope, peace and renewed purpose . We all know that every event is unique in it's audience make-up, focus and needs. Taking the time to understand your specific needs and work with you to co-create just the right experience for your attendees is one of my primary goals, (I also love that I get to travel to new places and meet new people and help build and strengthen the global connection to ourselves and each other).
