Labyrinths have long been used as a tool for prayer and meditation. A labyrinth is an ancient symbol that relates to wholeness. It can be used to represent a journey to our own center and back again out into the world with a broader understanding of who we are.
This workshop is an experiential introduction to the labyrinth, it's history, and ways for people to incorporate them into their own personal spiritual/healing journey. If your organization or retreat center has a labyrinth this workshop is an excellent overview and introduction and is appropriate for beginning or experienced labyrinth walkers alike. Typical workshop lasts approx. 2 hours (depending on number of participants) and includes resource handouts. Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably for walking and bring a journal or notebook. Typical Program Includes:
