Spiritual Coaching is a process of active listening that is focused on the individual’s spiritual journey and relationship with whatever is sacred for him/her. The experience of being actively listened to helps clarify the journey and its next steps. Spiritual development isn't always about going to church, praying or doing ritual and ceremonies. Some of our most profound spiritual growth comes from dealing with the very mundane circumstances of life such as money, romance, health, sex, family, friendships, career and other day-to-day issues.

If you are feeling stuck or uncertain, going through a major life transition, seeking insight and understanding related to personal/spiritual issues or concerns, or simply seeking to deepen your connection with Divine Presence, I invite you to take the opportunity to experience a one-to-one Spiritual Coaching session. These sessions are relaxed, confidential, and appropriate if you are ready to explore possibilities and gain the freedom to move ahead in life. Sessions can happen in person or remotely and normally last 30-60 minutes. I currently offer this service on a Fair-Trade donation basis allowing you to pay whatever you feel is honest and equitable.
